Settlement of the entire tour cost must be made at the start of the services, or during their provision, unless alternative arrangements have been agreed upon in advance.

Any modifications or additions to your booking must be submitted in writing and transmitted to us via email or WhatsApp. To prevent any potential confusion, securing a confirmation of the cancellation or alteration from our team is essential.

We accept payment through any of the following options:

Kindly be aware that any banking fees associated with money transfers are the responsibility of the remitter.

-Prices:

-The cost of a journey is determined by the participant count, the season, and the specific services included in the booking, for instance, conveyance alone or comprehensive lodging for the whole or part of the trip.

-All pricing is open to discussion.

-Deposit:

-A 30% advance payment of the overall service fee is required as a deposit.

-Please be advised that any transaction fees (whether for wire transfers or other monetary transmissions) are not incorporated into the tour price; such expenses are to be fully covered by you.

-Refund Policy:

  • A complete (100%) reimbursement of the deposit is issued for cancellations made no later than 20 days prior to the scheduled tour date.
  • A 50% reimbursement of the deposit is issued for cancellations made between 10 and 19 days prior to the scheduled tour date.
  • A 10% reimbursement of the deposit is issued for cancellations made between 5 and 9 days prior to the scheduled tour date.
  • No deposit reimbursement is issued for cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled tour.

Categories of Our Cancellations:

Force Majeure Cancellations: Art Desert Tours Company retains the prerogative to cancel any excursion whenever traveler security might be jeopardized, including instances of natural catastrophes or the outbreak of armed conflict. The restitution of all monies collected constitutes complete indemnification.

Unforeseen Circumstance Cancellations: Official mandates preventing the anticipated execution of the tour may necessitate its cancellation. We maintain the prerogative to cancel an excursion should currency valuation fluctuate by more than 25%, thereby impacting the cost; in such an event, we may either rescind the booking and return all funds remitted or propose conducting the tour under the revised exchange rate. Should we be unable to execute the tour due to additional unpredictable events or crises, all payments received to date will be returned as complete satisfaction.
